The city of Delray Beach is located just north of Boca Raton. While slightly smaller in size to neighboring Boca Raton, it has a population of around 60,500 residents (according to last census from 2010). The city boasts 4 miles of beachfront along the Atlantic Ocean and remains an area of high demand due to its central location in Southeast Florida.

Shopping and Dining
Delray Beach real estate owners share South Florida’s diversity when it comes to fine dining. Parks and Recreation
The City of Delray Beach  has its share of beautiful parks, including the Atlantic Dunes Park, the Bexley Trail Park and the Teen Center and Hobbit Skate Park as well as its own municipal golf course. The town also boasts the longest main street in the state - Atlantic Avenue, which runs from the center of Delray Beach to the ocean. Here residents can enjoy a large number of attractions and entertainment options, including a vibrant nightlife, unique art galleries and more.

Schools, Health and Transportation

Delray Beach is part of The School District of Palm Beach County. The city has 12 schools. Additionally, there are several private schools including American Heritage, Unity School, Trinity Lutheran School and St Vincent Ferrer School to name a few.

Delray Beach is served by the Delray Beach Medical Center as well nearby Bethesda Hospital.

There are public transportation options that run through the city. The Palm Tran and the Tri-Rail connect the city to the rest of Palm Beach County.

Flying to and from South Florida in convenient due to the 3 international airports Palm Beach International, Fort Lauderdale International and Miami International.
